- What is frosting? Frosting is a natural characteristic of 100% pure soy wax. Because we don't use anti-discolouring agents or unnecessary wax additives, you may notice white patches or slight colour variations on your melts. This is completely normal and doesn't affect the fragrance or performance. We see it as a little reminder that your melts are made with natural soy wax.
- How do I know when to replace my wax? Once the fragrance has faded, it's time for a fresh cloud. Allow the wax to cool and harden, then remove it from your warmer and replace it with a new cloud. The wax itself doesn't evaporate, only the fragrance does.
- Can I mix scents? Absolutely! Mixing fragrances is one of our favourite ways to create something unique. Try combining different clouds to create your own signature blend. There are no rules, so have fun experimenting!
- Do I need a wax warmer? Yes. Our Cloud Melts are designed to be used with a wax warmer. Simply 2-3 clouds and place them into the dish of an electric or tealight wax warmer to enjoy hours of beautiful fragrance. Never add water or melt wax directly on a stove or open flame.
- What are your melts made from? Our clouds are hand poured in Australia using 100% pure soy wax and premium fragrance oils.
We don't use paraffin wax, unnecessary wax additives or anti-discolouring agents because we believe home fragrance should be made with cleaner ingredients, without compromising on scent.
